Our History
2018 - Present
The company was founded by Mr. Darmawan Suryadi SM, company name PT. Armada Beton which operates as transporter for cement mixer with 8 fleet units.
2015
The company closed the cement mixing machine transportation division, and started operating the JPT and Multimodal general goods transportation business. Has 20 Fleet units.
2012
The Company changed name from PT. Armada Beton becomes PT. Armada Berjaya trans and the Company conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to strengthen capital and expand its business which was listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) with the stock code "JAYA". From this expansion, the company expanded to open other divisions such as losbak, blindvan and CDD longbox which were previously only for tractor heads. With a total of 181 vehicles, with details of 61 Tractor Head units, 43 Lossbak units, 70 Longbox CDD units and 7 Blindvan units.
